Guillaume is an inventor who is working on his next project. All the devices created by him should monitor the ecology in the city. But its production, which creates all the devices, independently pollutes everything around. Meanwhile, Guillaume signs an agreement with a Japanese company to expand its production. But later he faces many problems that prevent him from developing his business at full speed. He asks the government to allocate a piece of land that is located next to the production, but all his attempts do not end with anything. It is for this reason that Guillaume has no choice but to set up one workshop at home.<br />

Guillaume's wife, Bernadette, doesn't like this whole factory very much. She loves growing flowers very much, but because of the waste from its production, all her plants are dying. One day, his patience runs out, so she puts herself up for election as the new mayor, where she immediately wins.
